Gator Basic Maintenance
  1. Regularly clean or replace the 8038 Check Valve to ensure that chemical does not flow back into the chemical container.
  2. Regularly clean or replace the 3063-1 Chemical Filter Screen so that chemical is not blocked from being drawn up the suction hose.
  3. Replace the 8031 Pump Replacement Cartridge when the Gator does not pump chemical.
  4. Replace the 2011 Motor/Pump Connector Rod Orings when the Gator does not operate at low flow.
  5. Replace the 2020 Motor Tension Bands when these rings break or become weak.

Use the 8030 Service Kit to do this Basic Maintenance.

The Service Kit contains the 8031 Pump Replacement Cartridge with the 8038 Check Valve, the 3063-1 Chemical Filter Screen, the 2011 Motor/Pump Connector Rod Orings, and the 2020 Motor Tension Bands.
